A blood test that screens for signals of many types of cancer. It works alongside your usual screenings, not instead of them.

Cologuard

An at-home stool test that screens for colon cancer, for adults 45 and up at average risk.

Genetic testing

Checks for inherited risk of certain cancers and heart conditions, so you and your care team can plan ahead.

Home sleep study

Checks for sleep apnea overnight, in your own bed. We set it up and go through the results with you.

Continuous glucose monitor

A small sensor that shows how food, sleep and exercise move your blood sugar. We help you read the patterns.

Home environment test

Checks your home for things like mold, so you know what you're breathing.

Botox and IV therapy

Botox for cosmetic treatment or to help prevent chronic migraines, and IV therapy for hydration, recovery and wellness.

You see the price in writing and say yes before anything is ordered.

How the price works

There is no clinic to pay for. No waiting room, no front desk, no billing department. One small care team per neighborhood, and a vehicle instead of a lease. Most of what you normally pay a doctor's office for is overhead we do not have.

And nobody is billing your insurance. There are no claims to file and no billing staff to pay for, so your membership covers everything listed above, with nothing else to collect unless you choose an add-on. We do intend to start billing insurance as soon as we are able, because it puts this care in reach of more people and lets us include more in your membership. When that happens, insurance would cover the medical care and membership would cover the part insurance has never paid for: the messaging, the proactive check-ins, the coordination, and a doctor who comes to your door. We will tell members before any of that affects them. Your founding membership rate stays as it is either way.

What's included?

Every year, membership includes unlimited concierge by text, six video visits for each member, and four CarePod visits for your household, one of which is your Marvelous Annual Tune-Up with labs. You also get a welcome kit tailored to your needs. There is no charge at the visit and no bill afterwards for any of these.

Video visits are per member, so each person on your membership has their own six. CarePod visits are shared by everyone at your address, and a CarePod visit that sees more than one of you counts as one visit.

Extra visits and add-ons, such as Galleri, a home sleep study, a continuous glucose monitor, Botox or IV therapy, are priced separately. You always see the price in writing and give your OK first, so you never get a bill you did not agree to.

What do you treat?

Everyday, non-emergency care for anyone aged 3 and up.

Everyday care: skin and hair concerns, basic dermatology, muscle and recovery, bones and joints, weight loss, and prescriptions and refills sent to your pharmacy.
Hormones: perimenopause, menopause and male hormone changes.
Ongoing conditions: blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol (including advanced lipid testing), migraines and gut health.
Prevention: your Marvelous Annual Tune-Up, labs drawn in the CarePod, STI testing, and a look at your diet, exercise, sleep and stress, including home sleep studies.
Wearables: help making sense of your wearable or glucose monitor data.

Coming soon: care for children under 3, urgent care such as stitches or splints, Pap smears and breast exams, and vaccines. Your care team can help you find a good option for any of these.

What is the Marvelous Annual Tune-Up?

An in-depth yearly physical in the CarePod, with labs. It starts with a conversation about your life, not just your symptoms: diet, exercise, sleep, stress, home life and what you want from your care. It is how your care team gets to know you, and it shapes your plan and your welcome kit.

Do you take insurance?

Not at this time. Marvelous is cash pay: your membership is what you pay, with no claims, no copays and no surprise bills. We do not bill insurance and we do not issue superbills, so what you pay is what it costs.

Marvelous is not insurance and is not a replacement for it. Keep your insurance for hospital stays, surgery, specialists and emergencies. Your concierge can still help you with it: whether something is covered, a bill that doesn't make sense, or picking a specialist.

We do intend to start billing insurance as soon as we are able, because it puts this care in reach of many more people and lets us include more in your membership. Insurance would then cover the medical care, and membership would cover what it does not. You could owe your plan's copay or deductible, as at any other doctor, and we will tell members before that happens. Your founding rate stays as it is.
